These terms govern your use of velcod.com (including our offer pages) and form the general basis on which Velcod works with clients. Velcod is operated by PT Nexa Core Ventures, South Jakarta, Indonesia. By using this website or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy it in bulk, or use it to send spam or harmful code. The content, designs and code of this website belong to Velcod unless stated otherwise.
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information, not a binding offer. Case studies and testimonials describe past projects. Results depend on each product and market.
Every engagement is governed by a written scope and agreement that both parties sign (“your agreement”). It sets out the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership. If your agreement conflicts with these terms, your agreement applies.
Some offers have their own published terms, for example the 7-Day MVP offer terms. Those terms apply to that offer alongside your agreement. We may decline any project, and may change or end an offer at any time without affecting agreements already signed.
Booking a call is free and does not create an obligation for either party.
Fees, due dates and currency are set out in your agreement or invoice. Prices exclude taxes, bank or card fees and third-party costs unless stated otherwise.
Fees are not refundable, except where your agreement or a published offer guarantee says otherwise (for example, the 7-Day MVP delivery guarantee) or where the law requires a refund.
When you have paid in full, the work we create specifically for you transfers to you as set out in your agreement. Where we build on a platform such as Bubble, you receive the app in your own account on that platform. The platform’s terms apply, and some platforms cannot export source code.
We keep ownership of our general tools, templates, components and know-how, and grant you the right to use any of them that are included in your product. Third-party software, plugins and services remain under their own licences.
We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or we have signed a confidentiality agreement.
We treat the information you share about your project as confidential and use it only to work with you. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Our website and projects rely on third-party services such as Bubble, Cal.com, Google, Meta, payment providers and hosting companies. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms or changes. Links to other websites are for convenience only.
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If that fails, the dispute will be settled by the South Jakarta District Court, unless your agreement says otherwise.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect agreements already signed.
