A working web app on Bubble: a scope sign-off session, a branded responsive design, sign-up and login, one core workflow end to end, a database with privacy rules, an admin panel, one integration (Stripe, an AI feature or one external API), email notifications, launch on your domain, a walkthrough video and 14 days of bug fixes.

Native iOS or Android apps and app-store submission, source-code export, more than one integration, data migration from another system, split payouts or escrow, multiple languages, custom AI model training, logo or brand design, copywriting, and ongoing maintenance after the 14-day fix window. Third-party costs such as your Bubble plan, domain, plugins and API usage are paid by you.

Day 1 is the first working day after three things are in place: your signed scope, your cleared payment, and everything on the Day-0 checklist. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays. Delivery is due by 23:59 Jakarta time (WIB, UTC+7) on Day 7.

If we don’t deliver everything in your signed scope by the end of Day 7 for reasons within our control, email contact@velcod.com within 7 days and we’ll refund the full fee you paid us within 14 days. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content or third parties move the deadline. After a refund the project ends and the work stays with us. Your logo, colours and content (or approval to use placeholders), a Bubble account on a paid plan, access to your domain’s DNS, accounts and API keys for your integration, and 15 minutes a day from whoever makes decisions. We send the full checklist after the scope session.

We add them to a list for after launch and quote them separately. If something matters more than an item in your scope, we can swap it for something of equal size, agreed in writing. Changes like these can move the deadline.

Bubble is the fastest way to put a real, working product in front of users, and it runs production apps with paying customers. We’re an official Bubble partner, so we know where its limits are. If you outgrow it later, your data and logic can be rebuilt in custom code.

You own it. At launch we move the app into your own Bubble account, along with its design and data. Bubble apps run on Bubble’s platform and can’t be exported as source code, but you can export your data at any time.

You pay third parties directly: a Bubble plan and any extra usage, your domain, paid plugins, email sending, and API usage such as OpenAI or Stripe fees. We’ll estimate your monthly running costs on the scoping call.

Not in this offer. Your web app works in any phone browser, and native apps can be a separate phase after launch.

For 14 days we fix, free of charge, anything in the agreed scope that doesn’t work as described. After that you can run the app yourself, or keep us on a monthly plan to keep improving it.

We’ll tell you on the call. Usually we can carve out a 7-day first version and plan the rest as a second phase. Otherwise we’ll suggest our standard 3-week MVP build.

Each 7-Day MVP gets a dedicated senior team for its whole build, so we can only run a few at a time. A slot is yours once your scope is signed and paid. Booking a call doesn’t reserve one.

Plain-English terms for the 7-Day MVP launch offer. Last updated 6 October 2026.

1. The offer. The 7-Day MVP is a fixed-price package (US$3,997) in which Velcod designs, builds and launches a web app on Bubble, limited to the scope you sign before work starts.
2. Limited availability. The launch price applies to the first 10 projects that are signed and paid, or until the end date shown on this page if there is one. Booking a call doesn’t reserve a slot. Velcod may decline any project.
3. Payment. We invoice 100% of the fee when you sign the scope, and schedule your build once payment clears. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, bank or card fees, and third-party costs.
4. Scope. Your signed scope (features, screens, user types, one integration and acceptance criteria) defines the work. Anything outside it is a change request, quoted and scheduled separately, or swapped for an item of equal size if we both agree in writing.
5. When the clock starts. Day 1 is the first working day after you sign the scope, your payment clears, and we receive everything on the Day-0 checklist, including brand assets, content (or approval to use placeholders) and access to the accounts the build needs.
6. Working days and deadline. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays. Delivery is due by 23:59 Jakarta time (WIB, UTC+7) on Day 7.
7. What “delivered” means. Every feature in the signed scope works as described in its acceptance criteria on a live Bubble URL, and we’ve shared handover access. If your domain or Bubble plan isn’t ready, delivery on a Bubble-hosted URL counts. Small defects that don’t stop a feature from working are fixed during the bug-fix window.
8. Your part. Reply to questions and review requests within one working day, and send one consolidated list of fixes on Day 6. If a reply, approval or item from you takes longer, the deadline moves by the same amount of time.
9. Delays outside our control. The deadline also moves for outages at Bubble or other providers, approvals or verifications by third parties (such as payment providers, API providers, domain registrars and email services), and events beyond our reasonable control.
10. The guarantee. If we miss the deadline, as extended under terms 8 and 9, for reasons within our control, you can ask for a full refund of the fee you paid Velcod. Email contact@velcod.com within 7 days of the missed deadline. We pay refunds within 14 days to your original payment method.
11. After a refund. The project ends. The work we produced, including the Bubble app, stays with Velcod and isn’t transferred to you. On request, we return or delete the content and data you gave us.
12. What the guarantee doesn’t cover. Business results (such as users, revenue, funding or search rankings), third-party approvals, features outside the signed scope, and delays covered by terms 8 and 9. Fees charged by your own bank or card provider, and third-party costs you paid directly, aren’t refundable by Velcod.
13. Ownership. On delivery we transfer the Bubble app to your Bubble account, and you own the app, its design and its data. Bubble apps run on Bubble’s platform and can’t be exported as source code. Third-party plugins and services remain under their own licences.
14. Running costs. You pay third-party costs directly, including your Bubble plan and usage, domain, paid plugins, email sending and API usage.
15. Bug fixes. For 14 days after delivery we fix, free of charge, anything in the signed scope that doesn’t work as described. New features, design changes and problems caused by third-party changes aren’t bug fixes.
16. Your product. You’re responsible for your product’s content, legality and compliance, including its privacy policy, terms and any industry rules. We don’t build products we consider unlawful or high-risk.
17. Portfolio. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or we’ve signed an NDA.
18. Your agreement comes first. These terms summarise the offer. The signed scope and agreement for your project govern the work. If anything here conflicts with them, the signed documents apply.
19. Changes to this offer. We may change or end this offer at any time. Changes don’t affect projects that are already signed and paid.
