Producing RICS cost estimate reports meant manually assembling data from multiple Excel spreadsheets, reformatting figures to NRM1 standards, and recreating document structures from scratch for every project. We built a focused internal tool that parses existing Excel breakdowns, maps them to NRM1 categories, and assembles a complete, branded, client-ready PDF — without manual reformatting.

Reports were inconsistent, time-consuming, and one-off — quality and structure depended entirely on who assembled them and when. Residential and commercial projects had different requirements, but no tooling handled both cleanly.
